Since 2000 the current DV8 line up has been performing at Newcastle venues - with a recent resurgence of gigs in 2005 and 2006.

We're really happy with the punchy,warm,rock sound on the new CD and we've taken great care with the mixes and had it mastered by one of the worlds top audio post production engineers,Don Bartley at Benchmark Studios...it's completely live and real with some magical performances in front of crowds at Wallsend Diggers,Jewells Tavern and Caves Beach Hotel...there's 20 tracks, including some classic favourite originals from all of our albums and a few of our favourite covers which incorporate our current set. Our new songs are being recorded for a studio album which will hopefully available by early next year.
